We usually use a row of warriors/dervs/paras (basically whatever can take a beating) and have them with some sort of anti-KD. Dolyak is nice with a decent recharge. "I Am Unstoppable!" also works and so does "Don't Trip!".
Then we fling Pain Inverter around like crazy. Even with using a Imbagon or Godmode warrior, there's enough damage to go around that it'll drop a Jotun to half health in no time. Then it's just a matter of letting your frontline finish the job.
If you don't have acess to either an Imbagon or Godmode DSlasher, use Protective Spirit and Aegis. I don't recall the Jotun using alot of enchant removal so you'll be good there. However you'll need to be careful with the dryders.

I used sabs but instead of SS i took an elementalist warder with ward against melee, elements and ward of stability. Just bring pwin inverter to that and you will kill the giants pretty easy. My friend was sf nuker and he brought one heal and one prot mo and one sf nuker.

Don't let Jotun Bloodcurdler get near you, try to snare/kd him and kill asap.
If you let him close [skill]Vampiric Spirit[/skill] will eat you and SY won't help :P

Half the mobs there can be sneaked past. Look on the wiki for maps and pick the shortest paths.

I've honestly never had an issue with Vampiric Spirit. But then again I'm usually hiding behind our warrior

Yeah I don't normally use a tank but I had to for this. The groups of 8 jotun are insane otherwise.
